Pteromalus intermedius (Walker, 1834)
This species is merely a species group. A form has been reared from flowerheads of Launea spinosa on the Canary Islands and in Southern Spain. It has been swept in France and in Greece as well. The mesosoma is more strongly bronze, pronotum more inclined, OOL:OD=2.4.
A ?form seems to exist in inflorescenses of Artemisia campestre: Zandvoort, 10.xi.1996, K. Alders. Dark bluish black and only 2.5 mm long.
